At PB Performance + Health, we know that staying strong and active as you get older is crucial. That’s why we created our Healthy Aging Strength and Conditioning Group— to help you keep your energy, build muscle, and enhance flexibility in a supportive group setting.

Program Details

Our 12-week program is carefully structured to meet your unique needs. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Initial Consultation: Each participant starts with a one-on-one consultation to assess their current fitness level, discuss goals, and identify any specific concerns or limitations. This helps us create a personalized exercise plan for you.
  • Supervised Group Exercise: You’ll join a small group of like-minded individuals for 45-minute sessions. The program is designed to be both effective and enjoyable, with exercises tailored to your individual capabilities. 
  • Comprehensive Re-Screening: At the end of the 12-week block, we re-assess your progress to show how much you’ve improved and identify areas for continued growth. This helps you track your achievements and plan your next steps.
  • Social Connection: Enjoy a coffee catch-up every 6 weeks at Fox and Giraffe. 
As well as contributing to overall health and fitness, this program is particularly beneficial for those dealing wit lower back pain, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and falls and balance issues.
 

Program Days

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am. We have flexible Scheduling: You can choose to attend once, twice, or three times a week, depending on your schedule and goals.

Pricing and Payment

Our Healthy Aging Strength and Conditioning Group offers great value for the quality and attention you receive. Choose if you want to complete 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week for 12 weeks. Payment is for the 12 week block. All claimable through Private Health.

  • Initial Appointment: $100 (60 minutes)

  • Weekly Sessions:
    1 session per week for 12 weeks: $180
    2 sessions per week for 12 weeks: $360
    3 sessions per week for 12 weeks: $540

  • Review Consultation After 12 Weeks: $90 (30 minutes)
