Program Details

Our 6-week program is carefully structured to meet your unique needs. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Initial Consultation: Each participant starts with a one-on-one consultation to assess their current fitness level, discuss goals, and identify any specific concerns or limitations. This helps us create a personalized exercise plan for you.
  • Supervised Group Exercise: You’ll join a small group of like-minded individuals for 45-minute sessions. The program is designed to be both effective and enjoyable, with exercises tailored to your individual capabilities. 
  • Comprehensive Re-Screening: At the end of the 6-week block, we re-assess your progress to show how much you’ve improved and identify areas for continued growth. This helps you track your achievements and plan your next steps.

Program Days

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am. We have flexible Scheduling: You can choose to attend once, twice, or three times a week, depending on your schedule and goals. 

 

Location: Snap Fitness Bendigo (enter via the rear car park off St Andrews Avenue). 

Pricing and Payment

Our Healthy Aging Strength and Conditioning Group offers great value for the quality and attention you receive:

  • Initial Consultation: $83.50
  • Six-Week Program: $15 per session, paid upfront for the entire 6 weeks.
