PB Performance + Health’s Athlete Development program is a structured, high‑performance training membership for developing and competitive athletes. It provides individualised, sport‑specific strength and conditioning programs, regular performance testing every six weeks, and supervised training in a coached environment. Athletes complete an initial screening and ongoing reviews to track progress, manage load, and reduce injury risk. The program integrates performance training with access to exercise physiology and physiotherapy support to promote long‑term athletic development.

Rehab Essentials Membership

PB Performance + Health’s Rehab Essentials Membership is designed for people recovering from injury, surgery, or managing ongoing pain as they return to movement or sport. It includes an initial one‑on‑one consultation with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist, a tailored 6‑week rehabilitation program, and progress reviews with regular performance testing. Members rehabilitate in a supervised gym environment and can access discounted exercise physiology and physiotherapy services to support safe, structured recovery.

Life Performance + Health – Maintain Membership

Life Performance + Health – Maintain Membership is designed for adults over 45 who want to stay active, independent, and confident. It offers up to two supervised sessions per week with Accredited Exercise Physiologists, combining personalised programming with small group training (max 8 people). Programs are reviewed every eight weeks to ensure safety and progress. Members benefit from structured sessions, open‑gym access, and a supportive community focused on improving strength, mobility, energy, and long‑term health—regardless of starting point.

Life Performance + Health – Results Membership

PB Performance + Health’s Life Performance + Health – Results Membership is designed for adults who want structured, high‑support training to achieve meaningful health and fitness outcomes. It combines regular supervised sessions with Accredited Exercise Physiologists, personalised programming, and ongoing progress reviews to drive results safely and effectively. The PB Satellite Membership

PB Performance + Health’s PB Satellite Membership is designed for individuals who want expert programming and professional oversight while training away from the PB Performance + Health facility. It provides individualised strength and conditioning or health‑focused programs, regular progress updates, and remote support from the PB coaching team. This membership is ideal for athletes or adults who value structure, accountability, and evidence‑based programming, but need the flexibility to train independently or from a different location while still being guided by experienced professionals.
