Life Performance + Health – Maintain Membership
Our ‘Life Performance + Health – Maintain’ Membership is designed specifically for adults over 45 who want to take control of their health, stay active, and feel their best.
This membership is for those that require up to 2 supervised sessions per week with our Exercise Physiology team, and combines individualised support with the motivation and connection of small group training (up to 8 people).
Each member receives a personalised program, created and reviewed every 8 weeks by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to ensure progress, safety, and results that matter to you.
Sessions are run in a supportive, small-group environment, so you get the right balance of professional guidance and personal attention.
Program details:
✅ Personalised exercise program tailored to your goals, health, and fitness level
✅ 45-minute program review every 8 weeks with your Exercise Physiologist
✅ Small group training capped at 8 people
✅ Sessions run Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 12:00pm, and Thursday’s at 9:00am
✅ Access to Open Gym times for your independence, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 3:30pm, and Friday’s from 9:00am – 5:30pm
