Rehab Essentials Membership is designed for individuals recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or rebuilding confidence as they return to full activity.
Whether you’re post-op, mid-rehab, or managing a long-term condition, this membership gives you expert guidance, structured programming, and ongoing support so you can move safely and effectively toward your goals.
🔍 What’s Included
✅ Initial Rehab Consult (Before You Start)
Before joining, you’ll book a 1-on-1 consult with any of our Exercise Physiologists.
This session includes screening, injury history, and tailored goal-setting, so your program is personalised from day one.
✅ Individualised Rehab Program
You’ll receive a customised 6-week rehabilitation program tailored to your injury, goals, and movement needs.
✅ Progress Review Every 6 Weeks
At the end of each 6-week block, you’ll meet with Paddy or Lachy to reassess your rehab status, review test results, and update your program.
✅ Performance Testing Every 6 Weeks
Access our state-of-the-art testing equipment (ForceDecks, dynamometry, strength assessments) to track objective progress and guide clinical decisions.
✅ Supervised Gym Access
Train with guidance from our S&C coaches during staffed hours:
- Mon–Fri: 6:00am – 9:00am
- Mon–Thurs: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
- Friday: 3:30-5:30pm
- Sat: 7:00am – 10:00am
Coaches are on hand to assist with form, progression, and modifications.
✅ Discounted EP & Physio Services
Need additional support? Rehab members receive discounted consults with Olympus Physiotherapy (Physio) at any stage.
💡 Insurance & Cover Options
If you’ve been injured while playing a registered sport, you may be eligible to claim rehab costs through your state or national sporting body’s insurance (e.g. Netball VIC or AFL VIC).
We’ll provide you with the appropriate documentation and invoices to support your claim.
Additionally, private health rebates may apply for Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy consults, depending on your cover.
