This membership is designed for the self-motivated individual who wants the precision of our clinical and coaching expertise while training in their own space.

A bespoke 6-week training block built specifically for your goals, injury / health history, and available equipment.
✅ Facility Access (Week 1)
To kick off every new block, you have full access to our facility during Supervised Strength & Conditioning sessions. This ensures you have eyes on your form and feel 100% confident with your new movements before heading out on your own.
✅ The 2-Week Calibration:
Two weeks into your block, your coach or clinician will check in to answer questions, troubleshoot movements, and make any necessary “micro-adjustments” to the program.
✅ PB Standards, Anywhere:
Access the same high-level, evidence-based programming we use in-house, regardless of your GPS coordinates.
How It Works
- The Review: Start with a comprehensive review session with your coach or clinician (booked and paid for separately) to map out your next phase.
- The Launch (Week 1): Use our supervised sessions at the facility to master your new program with our team on hand.
- The Calibration (Week 2): Your coach checks in remotely to ensure everything is transitioning smoothly to your external training environment.
- The Cycle: After your 6-week block is complete, book your next review to progress to the next level.
